Century City

Century City has been touted #3 best neighborhoods to live in Los Angeles. Considering there are thousands of neighborhoods and communities, that’s a pretty big award. Home to just under 8000 residents, Century City is a 176-acre neighborhood and business district in Los Angeles County. Located on the west side to the south of Santa Monica Blvd. about 10 miles from downtown, this is the most prominent employment center in the LA Metro area. Its skyscrapers are a distinctive skyline on the west side.

Century City was originally developed on the former backlot of film studio 20th Century Studios, which developed its first building in 1963. The Westfield Century City Shopping Center, Fox Studios, and multiple business towers make up the economy and the skyline in Century City today.
