Shelhee is an entrepreneur at heart. In addition to working in real estate, she has owned and operated a variety of businesses over the years ranging from retail stores to manufacturing merchandise for music brands. She grew up in a business-minded family with a mother who owned retail stores and a father who is a Realtor® and real-estate investor.
What all of this means is that she has an extensive background in customer service, management, finance, negotiations, sales, organization, and self-motivation. She brings this experience to each and every client relationship and knows how to think outside of the box in order to get transactions done in the greater Los Angeles area. It’s her duty to work with each individual in a unique and personal way.
Shelhee’s clients are her number one priority. And her varied background gives her the ability to adapt to the client’s needs and see some of the opportunities that others miss. Shelhee also knows what it’s like to be a buyer and seller of real estate, she has owned and sold many of her own properties. She’s in real estate for one good reason, she’s good at it.
